3-Year Limited Warranty on All Soojer Products
All Soojer products are covered by a three (3)-year limited warranty.
In the event of a verified product quality issue, Soojer will prioritize providing replacement parts or appropriate replacement solutions, rather than requiring customers to return or repair the entire product. This approach helps restore normal use quickly and minimizes inconvenience.
1. Warranty Coverage
Soojer warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the Soojer official website (soojer.com).
When a covered issue occurs, Soojer will determine the most efficient solution, which may include shipping replacement parts or offering a suitable replacement.
2. Our Service Approach (Parts-First Solution)
Instead of requiring customers to return or repair the entire product, Soojer may:
- Diagnose the issue remotely based on photos or videos provided by the customer
- Ship replacement parts at no cost for confirmed quality-related defects
- Provide clear installation or usage guidance when necessary
This service approach reduces downtime, avoids unnecessary returns, and ensures a smoother after-sales experience.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The Soojer warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural or functional failures under normal use
- Performance issues caused by confirmed quality defects
If a covered component fails during the warranty period, Soojer will provide an appropriate replacement or solution.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or natural aging
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper operation
- Improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, or modification
- Use of non-Soojer parts or accessories
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or platforms
Soojer reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution method.
